OMG! Hi guys, thank you for visiting my blog. Today is my very first blog post and I am uber excited to share with you all my fashion and beauty tips. After so many years of a busy work schedule, procrastinating & FEAR mostly, I decided to muster up the courage and made the determination to start this blog. My fears came from not knowing what to say, how people would respond, and fear of it not being a great success. Today, I went to Drag brunch hosted by DC's own DC DJ India at Dirty Martini located on 1223 Connecticut Ave. NW Washington, DC to celebrate a friend's birthday. I used to be able to wear heels all day everyday, however, after breaking my ankle a few years ago I can only wear them sometimes. I am now finding more ways to jazz up a outfit with a low heel or a sneaker. In terms of the face beat...I chose a subtle natural everyday look....but honey I live for a good contour in my drag voice. Today's outfit: I call this look "Straight Outta DC." DC has its own urban style. A staple item for people around the way is Timberland Boots aka "Buttas." Those of you that grew up in the the DMV area know what I'm talking about me minus the drop socks. LOL🤣 My personal style is a fusion of vintage, modern and sometime what's trending. I really don't follow fashion rules though. I dress according to my mood. Take a look at what my mood was today. Hope you guys like it. Enjoy.
